I’m a positive and enthusiastic carer with over 21 years of experience supporting adults with learning disabilities in both education and care settings. My approach focuses on person-centred care that helps people stay as active, happy and socially engaged as possible.
I’m also a strong believer in the benefits of exercise and the outdoors for physical and mental wellbeing. This means I always aim to work with clients to support them in ways that feel right for their individual needs and goals, whether that’s getting out for a walk, maintaining daily routines, or simply enjoying good company. I always try to bring warmth and genuine care to everything I do with my clients.
