Sparrow is a family business founded by former nurse Anna and little brother Tom. As self-employed carers ourselves, we saw how good self-employed care could be—for carers, for the people receiving care, and for their families.

So we started Sparrow to help people with the right qualities work as self-employed carers. We support our carers with everything from getting set up with the right systems, knowledge and tools, to running a network where they can find mutual support and cover, through to help with invoicing and tax returns.
