We use the information that you have given us in order to provide services to you, to take payments and for service improvement. We may also use this information for marketing our advertising purposes.

 

We may also share this information with partner organisations such as for the provision of services such as ID verification, DBS checks, bookkeeping/accountancy, insurance, or training.

We collect information via our website, other tools such as communication platforms, and payment platforms.

  • To allow us to carry out contracted and other services

  • To enable us to communicate with you

  • To enable us to process payments.

How long we intend to keep your personal information

We intend to keep data for the duration of your services with us and limited personal information for up to 5 years following the end of our services for the purposes of dealing with enquiries or complaints about any care services carried out. Following this period we will securely destroy or dispose of the information online and with any paper copies. 

 

Your data protection rights

Under data protection law, you have rights including:

  • Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information. 

  • Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete. 

  • Your right to erasure - You have the right to ask us to erase your personal information in certain circumstances. 

  • Your right to restriction of processing - You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances. 

  • Your right to object to processing - You have the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

  • Your right to data portability - You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal information you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.

 

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
